Empowerment & Independence

Women Empowerment Programme

Providing flexible schooling, modern tailoring classes, and financial literacy to support women of all ages.

About the Program

Educating a woman elevates an entire household. Learning Point's women empowerment programme is built to solve domestic hurdles, offering specialized all-women batches, child-friendly classrooms, and micro-entrepreneurship training.

🎯 Who It Is For

Housewives, young mothers, and women dropouts in Bengaluru's local communities who paused their education early due to domestic responsibilities or social constraints and want to secure financial independence.

📚 What You Will Learn

The curriculum covers academic, financial, and craft skills:

  • NIOS Academic Batches: 10th and 12th standard secondary school subjects prepared in all-women tutor groups.
  • Vocational Sewing & Tailorship: Pattern cutting, sewing machine operation, textile selection, and small shop economics.
  • Life Skills & Finance: Basic banking, savings methods, mobile payments, digital literacy, and personal hygiene.

⏱ How It Works

Classes are scheduled during flexible afternoon hours (typically 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM) when domestic demands are lowest. Our centers offer safe environments, and Mrs. Sarvath Adil Khan coordinates regular guidance counseling to support return-to-school transitions.

🎓 Outcomes

Graduates secure board credentials and vocational skills, helping them launch home tailoring micro-businesses, gain retail employment, or manage family finances independently.
