A personal story of resilience, education, and social service that built the foundation of Learning Point.
Mrs. Sarvath Adil Khan holds a **Master's degree in Psychology**, is currently pursuing a **Ph.D. in Educational Psychology**, and is a certified **Cambridge Trainer**. Her deep academic understanding of child and educational psychology directly shapes the support structure at Learning Point.
Her journey in social service began in Hoskote Taluk on the outskirts of Bengaluru, where she visited government schools and counselled underprivileged families. She saw firsthand that dropouts were not leaving school due to a lack of intellect, but due to a lack of flexible opportunities, supportive environments, and financial aid.
In **2018**, she founded the Learning Point Foundation to offer school dropouts a structured, affordable, and supportive path back to completed education using the flexible NIOS board system. What began as a small classroom has now helped over 500 students complete their education and step confidently into jobs and universities.
